Practice the way
you were trained to.
We're building a nurse practitioner–led telehealth practice with the schedule density of a clinic that respects clinical judgment — and none of the volume quotas that made you consider leaving the last one.
Why join
A practice, not a
staffing marketplace.
NPs who join us carry their own panel and see the same patients over time. You will not be handed a queue of strangers and a fifteen-minute timer.
Your own panel
Continuity of care is the model. You follow your patients through labs, titration, and outcomes — and you get to see whether what you did worked.
Fully remote
Work from anywhere you're licensed to practice. Scheduling blocks are built around real appointment lengths, not the maximum the calendar can hold.
Flexible commitment
Part-time, full-time, and PRN arrangements as the practice grows. Tell us what you're looking for and we'll tell you honestly whether it exists yet.
Infrastructure that works
One integrated platform for scheduling, charting, e-prescribing, video, and billing. Administrative overhead is handled so your time goes to patients.
Clinical autonomy
No scripted upsells and no protocol requiring you to prescribe. Your name is on the chart, so the decision is yours.
Growth from the inside
As the practice expands into additional states, lead-clinician and program roles go to the NPs already here.
What we look for
Credentialed,
current, and candid.
The bar is straightforward. Meet it and we want to talk — whether or not there's an opening posted today.
- Active, unencumbered APRN/NP license in at least one state we serve
- National board certification (FNP, AGNP, ANP, or equivalent)
- Current NPI and, where applicable, DEA registration
- Two or more years of independent clinical practice
- Comfort with virtual assessment and its honest limits
- Willingness to say "this needs to be seen in person"
- Clean malpractice and disciplinary history
- Preferred: metabolic health, obesity medicine, or chronic disease experience
Application
Submit your credentials
Takes about four minutes. Every submission is read by the practice owner, and you'll hear back either way.
What happens next. We verify licensure and certification through public registries, review your background against current openings, and reply either way. If there's a fit, the next step is a conversation with the practice owner — not a panel process. Applications stay on file for twelve months unless you ask us to remove yours.
