Services

Care built around
the long game.

Three programs, one provider. Each one is designed to actually finish what it starts — with lab work, follow-up, and a plan you can hold onto.

01 — Weight & metabolic health

Medically supervised.
Not a prescription mill.

A lot of what's sold online right now is a form, a card swipe, and a shipment. That isn't medicine, and it's why so many people regain everything they lost.

This program starts with a full evaluation and baseline labs, then builds a plan around your metabolism, your medications, and your history. If a GLP-1 medication is clinically appropriate, it's one part of that plan — paired with protein and resistance-training guidance so what you lose is fat, not muscle. Dosing is titrated deliberately, side effects are managed as they happen, and progress is reviewed on a set cadence rather than whenever you happen to reach out.

What's included

  • Comprehensive intake and medical history review
  • Baseline labs — A1c, lipids, metabolic panel, thyroid, and others as indicated
  • Individualized treatment plan with clear targets
  • GLP-1 or other pharmacotherapy where clinically appropriate
  • Structured dose titration and side-effect management
  • Nutrition, protein, and muscle-preservation guidance
  • Scheduled follow-up visits and repeat labs
  • Secure messaging with your provider between visits

Honest expectations: these medications are effective but not universally appropriate, and they carry real side effects and contraindications. Some patients aren't candidates. We'll tell you which you are before you pay for a program.

What's included

  • Full medication reconciliation and review
  • Routine lab ordering, interpretation, and trend tracking
  • Blood pressure, glucose, and weight monitoring between visits
  • Prescription management and refills
  • A defined follow-up cadence — not "call if it gets worse"
  • Coordination with your specialists and pharmacy
  • Referral when a condition needs in-person or specialist care
  • Preventive screening reminders appropriate to your age and history

Home readings help. A cuff and a scale you use twice a week give us more signal than a single number taken in a clinic hallway once a year.

02 — Chronic condition management

The conditions that
need someone watching.

Blood pressure, thyroid, cholesterol, and type 2 diabetes don't announce themselves. They drift — and they drift fastest when nobody is checking.

Chronic care is the part of medicine most damaged by ten-minute appointments. Managing it well means seeing trends over time, adjusting medication before a number becomes a problem, and having somewhere to send a question in week three instead of waiting for month six. Because visits are virtual, the follow-up cadence can be what the condition actually calls for rather than what fits around a commute.

Peta is board-certified in adult-gerontology primary care and spent more than a decade in geriatric nursing, so older adults managing several conditions at once are squarely in her wheelhouse.

03 — Acute & everyday care

Seen today, treated today.

For the ordinary things that don't deserve four hours in an urgent-care lobby. Book in the morning, be on video by afternoon, have a prescription at your pharmacy before dinner.

Scope of practice. Care is provided to adults 18 and older — Peta is board-certified in adult-gerontology primary care, and we do not see pediatric patients.

What we don't treat virtually. Chest pain, difficulty breathing, suspected fractures, severe abdominal pain, significant injuries, or any emergency — call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. We also do not prescribe controlled substances, including stimulants and opioids, in a telehealth-only relationship.

Concierge membership

When you'd rather
not wait at all.

Membership gives you priority access to your own nurse practitioner — extended visits, direct messaging, and same-day scheduling. Enrollment is capped on purpose: the access is only real if the panel stays small.

  • Everything in DuoCare, for up to four
  • Individual care plan per member
  • Preventive and screening guidance
  • One provider across the whole household

Up to four adults, 18 or older. We do not see paediatric patients — Peta is board-certified in adult-gerontology primary care.

A membership is not insurance and is not a substitute for it. It covers access to this practice only. Medications, laboratory work, imaging, and any care delivered outside this practice are billed separately. Memberships can be cancelled at any time. All members must be located in a state where your provider holds an active license at the time of a visit.
